The cottage settlement is located in a large forest area near Novorizskiy highway, 35 km from Moscow Ring Road. Total territory of the settlement is 8,6 hectares.

There are three different types of cottages built of red bricks:

• type one (512 sq.m.) with a land plot attached (4000 sq.m.)
• type two (650 sq.m.) with a land plot attached (4000 sq.m.)
• type three (800 sq.m.) with a land plot attached (6000 sq.m.)

The cottages are under different stages of completion. At the moment, the cottages average price is about 400 USD per 1 sq.m. Attention: The land plots (4000 sq.m. or 6000 sq.m., respectively) and all legal paper work to register land ownership are free!

All cottages have been designed according to the world standards. Only high quality construction and decoration materials are used. The cottages' planning stipulates garages, saunas with swimming pools and different subsidiary premises. The cottages' planning may be adapted to personal request of the client.

The cottages are provided with all city engineering communications, including direct Moscow telephone, autonomous or centralized heating system and a water-pipe with a hot water, satellite TV, as well as a gas pipeline (under construction).

The project's infrastructure will include a sport complex, tennis courts, a shop, a cafe and other different services offered (baby-sitting service, shuttle bus-taxi to Moscow, etc.)
