Represented project of development Oil-gas-condensing and gas deposits of Bortovoe licensed area in Saratov region provides for full usage of possible gas, condencate and oil extraction during 25 years. Offering investment amount to this project is 37,905 mln.$ during 2000-2015.

Structure of investment:

Total amount of extracted raw (according to prospected stocks) during area development (25 years) is following:

• Natural gas - 17,812 mlrd.m3
• Gas condencate (oil) - 3,092 mln.t.

It provides total sale profit 334,384 mln.$

Sales profit begins from first year (2000) of project realization.

Operating expenses - 47,175. It's include:

• Salary
• Social funds tax
• Repair
• Other expenses.

Extracted gas and condensate transport expenses during area development is 18,906 mln.$.

Structure of transport expenses:

Total tax during 2000-2024 is 94,075 mln.$; profit tax - 39,231 mln.$; royalty - 27,196 mln.$; mineral-raw base reproduction tax - 10,032 mln.$.

Project financing offers to provide using two sources:

Credit - 13,7 mln.$ during 6 years with 5 transhes;

Company own means including profit reinvestment and OOO "Deall Aliynce" members means - 24,205 mln.$.

Including all above-mentioned parameter analysis results of economic Bortovoe area development model lets make conclusion about economic efficiency and practice realization of this project on condition realization of financing plan.

Net profit value (NPV) - 28,116 mln.$;
IRR - 33,98 %;
Profit index - 2,13;
Recoupment discounting deadline - 6,5 years.

Reference:

1. With project elaboration were used gas prices 8,762 $/th.m3 add and liquid hydrocarbons - 57,665 $/t. (average price value during 10 month of 1999). However, it's need to note, that early November of current year world price exceed calculating and there are: gas price - 10,8 $/th.m3, condencate price - 80,0 $/t.

2. According to rating and calculation in range of Bortovoe licensed area is revealed considerable perspective hydrocarbon resources. Total amount of geological resources is 99,7 mln.t. including liquid hydrocarbons in extracting part 30,5 mln.t. It is planning to realize search-prospecting program which lets increase gas and condensate (oil) extraction amount by above-mentioned resources.
